The first step to success is to believe that you can be successful. You need to be patient enough to handle both ups and downs. So apart from studying you need to find your rejuvenation time and relax. Now the question comes as to how to get rejuvenated. PHYSICAL EXERCISES AND MORNING WALKS
You should do some exercise to keep your mind and body fit. Morning walks freshens you and makes you filled with positivism.
It is one of the best ways to give a kick start to your day. Yoga keeps you fit and healthy. Yoga gives you peace of mind. It gives you lots of positive energy. It makes you believe in yourself. Yoga connects you to our rich culture. It keeps you motivated and increases your concentration.
LISTENING TO MUSIC
Music is often known as the food for our soul. It gives tranquil and solace. A good rocking music to start your day and a nice slow song before you hit the bed seems to be an ideal combination. During the day time also if you feel that you are feeling low then you may try music to rejuvenate yourself.
But many people listen to music while studying also. Well this is wrong and interferes with your concentration. Though it is scientifically proven that while solving maths, listening to music won’t distract you because both the activities involve different portions of your brain. But while studying other subjects you should not plug in music.
From your busy day take out 30-60 minutes each day for your hobby. Like if you like playing guitar then take out time in between your studies and play it. If you are fond of reading novels then read some pages when you get bored of studying science. Just because you want to take up science as your majors in higher studies doesn’t mean that you need to give up all other interests.
FAMILY AND FRIENDS TIME
This is one of the best ways to relieve your stress. For the sake of JEE preparation you should not shun your social circle. Spend your time with your family and friends. Talk to them whenever you feel low. Your family understands you more than any other person. Sometimes a good talk with your friend can do wonders to your mood.
MOVIES AND TV SERIES
Movies help you escape the real life for a while and relaxes you. So once in a while you can watch comedy, sci-fi and other genres movies. Well I would suggest that you can go for food TV Series like FRIENDS but only if you have control on yourself and don’t end up watching one season per day.
